Smoking is poison. It affects your lungs, heart, teeth, and also your ears. Smoking can decrease the oxygen level in the blood which affects the cells in your ear. Therefore for maintaining the healthy ear cell you have to quit smoking as it will increase the blood flow in the ear.

The last practice that you might be doing wrong is using cotton buds for removing your earwax. Cotton buds do not clean your ear completely and push the earwax deeper. Therefore it is important to use the proper kit for removing earwax properly.
